Zoom Sessions

  • Sessions are the exclusive place to connect and exchange images, questions and feedback with your instructor
  • Keep a running list of questions, ideas and images as you do your work between sessions
  • Prepare all questions and images to share via your screen during Zoom sessions

Communications

  • Please allow from 24-48 hours for a response. The studio is not open on weekends.
  • Please do not contact the instructor’s personal/studio email or phone between sessions

Rescheduling / Access

  • Each individual session in a series can be rescheduled only once. 
  • Missed sessions are considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
  • To reschedule your session, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your session begins.
  • Sessions expire that are not completed within 2 months of the start of a Independent Study Series
  • Instructor Access & Course Access are only available within the specified dates of the course offering

Cancellation / Refund

  • Cancellations / Refunds must be requested 48 hours before the start date of a course, session or series
  • A bank charge of 30USD is deducted from all refunds to cover the fees of our payment providers
  • Refunds are sent directly to the Paypal account you used for payment.
  • Refunds can also be sent via digital Zelle transfer or via U.S. post

This ensures that you will receive all emails and notifications regarding your enrollment and scheduling.
